As an active member of ACIK, Maire Tecnimont is expanding its presence in Kazakhstan, reinforcing its commitment to industrial and technological cooperation.

Recently, Nurlan Zhakuрov, Chairman of the Management Board of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC, Alessandro Bernini, CEO of Maire Tecnimont, and Marco Beretta, President of the Italo-Kazakh Trade Association, held a meeting to discuss future joint projects and strategic collaboration.

In January 2024, during the official visit of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Italy, "Samruk-Kazyna" and Maire Tecnimont signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking a significant step toward strengthening industrial partnerships between the two countries.

During the meeting, both sides discussed key areas of cooperation, including industrial development, advanced engineering solutions, and sustainable energy projects.
