On June 10, a official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation took place between the Italian-Kazakh Trade Association, represented by the Vice-President of the Association Olzhas Shintaev, and the Alliance of Innovative and Industrial Development, represented by the President of the Alliance Elena Lee.

We express special gratitude to the Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliev for the support and assistance provided in the development of sectoral trade and industrial partnerships between countries, as well as for his contribution to the promotion of domestic products for export to third countries outside the EAEU.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to create an effective platform for interaction and strengthening cooperation between companies of the Italian Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at establishing mutually beneficial trade relations in the pharmaceutical sector, in the field of household chemicals, light industry and more. The parties intend to develop cooperation in the following areas:

- international and interregional cooperation;

- trade and economic cooperation;

- exchange of scientific and technical information.

The Memorandum represents an important step towards strengthening ties and expanding opportunities for both parties, contributing to the mutually beneficial development and strengthening of partnerships between companies in Kazakhstan and Italy.
