Restrictive measures in Nur-Sultan due to the increase of COVID-19 cases:

up to 30 people, as well as a ban on organizing and participating in rallies, processions, gatherings, forums, seminars, conferences, etc.;

attractions in enclosed spaces, including ice and roller skating rinks, except for those located in sports facilities (with the exception of facilities participating in the Ashyq project), concert halls, philharmonic societies, theaters, cinemas, karaoke, nightclubs, circuses, exhibitions;

other platforms (for example, an analogue on the platform in eGov mobile, Aitu, Kaspi.kz, Halyk Bank, Sberbank.kz, Alfa-Bank, website www.ashyq.kz);

wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and using hand sanitizers.

2. Heads of enterprises, organizations, business entities to ensure:

transition to a remote form of work for at least 80% of the administrative staff of state bodies (organizations), national companies, enterprises, regardless of whether employees have been vaccinated against COVID-19;

organization of training at educational facilities, regardless of ownership until January 31, 2022 in a remote format;

to ensure the organization of the work of universities and colleges for students of all courses from January 24 to February 6, 2022 in the format of distance learning;

organizing the work of educational centers, circles for children and adults, children's development centers until January 31, 2022 in a distance learning format;

;

ban on holding collective events (religious ceremonies, etc.) at the facilities and on the territory of religious associations (mosques, churches, cathedrals, synagogues, etc.), regardless of participation in the Ashyq project;

ban on the work of nightclubs, karaoke, concert halls, philharmonics, theaters, cinemas, circuses, regardless of participation in the Ashyq project;

working as canteens until 22:00.

Information regarding arrival to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

The certificate must be in English, Russian or Kazakh.

Exception is:

* Children under 5 years old

(!) From December 3, a mandatory PCR test, regardless of vaccination, is required for persons arriving from countries where cases of infection with a new strain of Omicron coronavirus have been detected: Israel, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Australia, Canada, Egypt.

(This requirement does not apply to passengers in transit and not leaving the transit area)

Exceptions:

* Children under the age of 5;

* Governmental delegations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
