More than 878 thousand people received a vaccine against coronavirus in Kazakhstan
Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced as of April 25, 878,067 people received the first component of the coronavirus vaccine in Kazakhstan, both components - 157,010.
The largest number of those who received the first component of the vaccine is in Almaty (176 823 people). This is almost a fifth of all vaccinated in the country.
The three leaders are also Almaty region (118 809) and Nur-Sultan (87 714).
Among those lagging behind in terms of vaccination rates are Atyrau (15 287), Mangistau (18 746) and Kyzylorda (21 208) regions.
Meanwhile, in Kazakhstan, 2830 cases of Covid-19 infection were registered per day.
