Makpal Urazmolda

Urazmolda Makpal works in the field of sales and international cooperation, with a professional path characterized by steady growth and development. After graduating from Narxoz State Economic University with a degree in Management, she began her career in corporate sales, where she gained significant experience in negotiation and the conclusion of commercial agreements. Since 2023, she has been part of the team of the Italian airline Neos, working on the Almaty–Milan route. In her role, she is responsible for developing ticket sales, building partnership relations, and representing the company both in the office and at the airport. Her experience as an airline representative has provided her with valuable international exposure: she has handled visa and residence permit checks for passengers traveling to Europe and the United States, while ensuring a high level of service at every stage of customer interaction. This professional path has allowed her to significantly expand her competencies, strengthen her communication skills, and work effectively in an international environment.
