Mischa Kauchtschischvili

Mischa holds the position of Organizational Advisor at ACIK, supporting the coordination, supervision, and optimization of the association’s operational activities. He brings decades of experience in complex and international environments, gained through management roles, team coordination, organizational start-ups, and operational consulting for internationally renowned companies such as ENI, Agip KCO, and Total. Thanks to his long-standing experience, he has developed strong skills in leadership, governance, communication, and resource management. His cross-disciplinary background, spanning institutional, corporate, and associative contexts, makes him a highly valuable asset to ACIK’s work.
