The first phase of re-opening businesses after quarantine will begin on 17 August. Yeraly Tugzhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, announced: "A preliminary list of business entities has been formed, the work of which is planned to be resumed in the first stage after the completion of quarantine measures. These are shopping and entertainment centers, trading houses, retail chains, covered food and non-food markets, children's correction rooms, educational centers, children's development centers, circles, preschool institutions in the regime of duty groups, beauty salons, hairdressing centers, salons that provide cosmetic and cosmetology services.
