She has developed cross-functional skills in content strategy, social media management, digital PR, and brand communication, with a specific focus on B2B and B2C projects. Her experience ranges from editorial planning to multichannel content production, as well as performance analysis and the management of integrated digital campaigns. At ACIK, Micaela is responsible for developing digital communication strategies and managing institutional relations with Italian and Kazakh delegations.
