Gustavo Pancaldi is Tourism Advisor to ACIK – the Association for Italian-Kazakh Trade – and General Director of Tomiris Tour DMC, based in Almaty. Originally from Argentina, he lived in Milan for 25 years and has over 20 years of international experience in the hospitality and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sectors. He previously served as Sales Director for the DMC division of Alessandro Rosso Group and later as Events Director for the World Expo Commissioners Club, contributing to the organization of global expos in Milan (2015), Antalya (2016), and Astana (2017). Now based in Kazakhstan, Gustavo continues to build cultural and business bridges between Italy and Central Asia. He is also a consultant to the Italian Cultural Institute at the Embassy of Italy in Almaty, promoting cultural exchange and authentic travel experiences across the region.
