Former General Director of Fondazione Pergolesi Spontini (2001–2017) and Superintendent of Teatro Regio di Torino (2018–2019), where he managed large-scale productions and international collaborations. Served as Vice Superintendent and Artistic Director at Astana Opera (2013–2014) and Cultural Consultant for the Ministry of Culture of Kazakhstan. Currently leads initiatives promoting cultural exchange, including the Stupor Mundi Festival in Italy, and advises organizations on strategic cultural projects.
