Aiman Zhuman serves as the strategic link between our Association and Neos, a premier partner of ACIK. Based in Almaty, Aiman brings a sophisticated blend of aviation expertise and tourism management to our network. A graduate of the University of Foreign Languages and Business Career, Faculty of Tourism, Aiman’s career has been defined by the intersection of international travel and aviation logistics. Her professional foundation was built at Air Astana, where she excelled in high-stakes environments ranging from VIP Passenger Services to eProcurement. This dual experience in front-end excellence and back-end operations provides her with a unique perspective on the complexities of the airline industry. For ACIK, the collaboration with Aiman is vital. As the Sales Manager for Neos, she plays a pivotal role in aligning our association’s objectives with the airline’s capabilities. Together, we drive initiatives that merge business and tourism, strengthening the bridge between Italy and Kazakhstan and fostering international growth.
