Originally from Argentina, he has lived in Milan for 25 years. He has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in the MICE sector, serving as Sales Director at the Italian Destination Management Company, Alessandro Rosso Group. His extensive international experience led him to join the World Expo Commissioners Club as Director of Events during Expo Milan 2015, Expo Antalya 2016, and Expo Astana 2017. For the past four years, he has been living in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where he serves as the General Director of Tomiris Tour DMC, driven by the same passion: building cultural bridges and offering travelers experiences that go beyond traditional tourism. Also Gustavo Pancaldi is counselor for tourism of Italian Kazakh trade association and adviser of the Italian Cultural institute of the Italian Embassy in Almaty.
